Change the Backdrop or Add a Location ($50)

Available for In-studio & On-location sessions. Can’t choose just one backdrop color? No problem! Once we’re happy with the first set, I’ll swap in your next chosen color while you take a short break. If you’ve added an outfit change, this is the perfect time to switch! This will add 10-15 minutes to your session to ensure everything is ready for the next look.
Flowers (Starts at $40)

Enhance your session with your favorite flowers to bring vibrant colors and versatility to your gallery! Allow me to provide up to three bouquets, beautifully arranged with the flowers of your choice.

Want to include more people in your session? This add-on allows you to bring along additional family, friends, classmates, or anyone else you'd like to be part of your photos. There’s no limit for outdoor sessions, so feel free to gather the whole group! In-studio sessions are limited to 5 people total due to space, and in-home/backyard sessions will depend on the size and layout of your space. If you are looking to purchase this add on, we’ll discuss the details beforehand to ensure a comfortable fit at whichever location you choose.
I. Before the session
Before your portrait session, I’ll send out a brief questionnaire to everyone who will be involved. This helps me get to know your style, vision, and what you're most comfortable with in front of the camera. Whether it’s your birthday, graduation, sports session, or you're building a modeling portfolio, I want your session to feel personal and true to you. If others will be joining you (friends, siblings, fellow creatives) I’d love to get a sense of their personalities too. This helps me create a relaxed and collaborative environment where everyone feels confident and seen. For outdoor sessions, I’ll help you choose a location that fits the vibe you're going for. If we’re shooting at your home, I may ask for a few photos of the space to find the best natural light. And if your session is taking place in the studio, we’ll go over backdrop options, lighting setups, and inspiration you have in mind. The more I know ahead of time, the better I can tailor the experience to bring your vision to life. To reserve your date and get officially booked on my schedule, a 50% non-refundable retainer is required at the time of booking.
II. During the session
Once we begin, my goal is to make you feel confident, comfortable, and completely at ease in front of the camera. I’ll guide you through posing that feels natural and flattering, while also allowing room for your personality to shine. Don’t worry if you’re not sure what to do, I’ll be there to direct you every step of the way! Throughout the session, I’ll make adjustments to lighting, angles, and composition to get the best possible shots. Whether we’re capturing soft, quiet moments or bold, expressive portraits, I’ll help bring out the energy and style that matches your vision. If there are multiple people involved, I’ll help coordinate group shots and interactions so everything flows smoothly. Most importantly, I want the session to feel fun and collaborative. This is your time to shine!
III. After the session
Premium sessions:
Once your session has concluded, I will edit and deliver 5-10 sneak peek images within 72 hours of your session. I like to deliver sneak peeks since, many times, having a professional photoshoot done is a big deal! Your final gallery will be delivered within 4-6 weeks of your scheduled session. You will be able to view, download, print, and share your images as you'd like!
Standard sessions:
I will edit and deliver 3-5 sneak peek images within 72 hours of your session. Within 4 to 6 weeks you will receive a proof gallery containing a fully edited, watermarked gallery. From this gallery, you can select 30 images that are included with the price of your package, but will also have the option to purchase extra images, or the full gallery at an additional cost. Once you have selected the images you'd like, and paid for any additional images you may want, I will send you a final gallery without a watermark where you will be able to view download, print, and share your images as you'd like!
Discounted Concepts
Every now & then, I get inspired to shoot something completely new. These concept sessions are styled to fit a specific vision, so i'm offering them at a discounted rate! Receive $100 off my premium package by selecting a concept.
These sessions will be removed/replaced once a concept has been booked! These concepts are offered on a first-come, first-served basis, so whoever finishes the booking process first, will receive the discounted session.
Some sessions are only available during a specific time of year. These sessions also may require specific clothing or travel to specific locations that are not included in the discounted rate

What types of sessions are included under your Portrait packages?
My portrait packages are designed for graduations, birthdays, portfolio building, business branding, dancers, or simply capturing memories just for fun.
What is the difference between a Portrait session & a Creative Concept session?
Portrait sessions are classic and straightforward, focusing on capturing you in a clean, timeless way. They typically require minimal props or setup and are great for things like birthdays, graduations, and personal milestones.
Creative Concept sessions, on the other hand, are built around a specific theme or artistic vision. These sessions involve more planning and may include custom props, sets, wardrobe styling, and detailed concepts to bring a unique idea to life. They're perfect for clients looking for something bold, stylized, or storytelling-driven.
Will you help with posing?
Yes, I do help with posing for all of my sessions! Several of my clients say they feel awkward in front of the camera, and some have never done a photoshoot in the past. This isn't a problem! I will help guide you through every pose by giving you prompts and demonstrating the pose myself.
Are travel expenses included in your packages or covered additionally?
All sessions receive no additional travel expenses within 45 minutes of Peoria, IL. If you have decided to book one of my Premium packages you can enjoy up to 90 minutes of comped travel expenses. Beyond those limits, my travel fee is $50 per hour of travel.
If you're looking to book in Chicago, there are specific days I have available with no travel fee.
What is the best time for a session?
For outdoor sessions, lighting is usually best in the late afternoon or early evening hours right before sunset. That golden hour lighting is beautiful, as long as the weather permits. I also love an overcast sky, so no matter what, we can make it work! I completely understand that golden hour timing isn't practical for everyone. After you inquire, we will discuss these details and find a time that works best for you!
What happens in the event of rain or other extreme weather?
If your session is scheduled for outdoors, I'll be watching the weather forecast the day of our session. If it looks like it will rain, I will be in touch via text or email and make the decision whether or not to postpone. I like to wait as late as possible to actually postpone because stormy skies right after or before rain are absolutely gorgeous, so if it’s not raining, we will be out there shooting! If there is other extreme weather coming during your sessions, such as tornados or high air pollution, we will discuss our options and reschedule if needed. In the case of any postponement, I will try to accommodate your session as soon as my schedule allows.
Where should we have our session?
Your portrait session can take place outdoors, in home, in my studio, or maybe you want to rent a studio you like. If you aren't sure where you'd like to pick as your location, I am more than happy to help. During our conversations prior to booking, I will chat with you about some of my favorite locations in the area we could plan your session for!
